ROMUSE offers complimentary return shipping for items eligible for return in accordance with this Return Policy. Subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below in this Return Policy, and without prejudice to your rights under applicable law, and unless otherwise expressly indicated on a Product’s detail page at the time of purchase, we are pleased to accept timely returns of certain new and unused Products, as follows:
Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the product was delivered to you.
Products purchased at a discount (other than with a Promotion) or on markdown are eligible for return for site credit within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.
Products purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or a refund.
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn items returned in the original packaging/box, with tags attached, and free of damages and scents by the customer. The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of ROMUSE.
As worn items are non-refundable, we highly recommend trying on your garments carefully, as this will preserve the quality and perfection of fabrications and materials.
ROMUSE offers Free Shipping on all returns shipped in the U.S. unless there is a defect in the merchandise. Please note that international customers will have to pay for the shipping label on returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
We cannot accept a return (even within 14 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
-Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
-Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
-Instances of abuse of the ROMUSE Return Policy.
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your preorder within 14 days of receipt. Simply email email@example.com to request a return or contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
If for any reason you need to cancel your Preorder, please contact Customer Care who can look into this for you.
On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfill your preorder item, we will let you know and issue you with a refund. If you have ordered other items, we will still send them to you.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Our team will check that items returned are unworn and undamaged, once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds for the item value are made to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days from receipt of returned merchandise for your refund to be processed.
Lost/stolen or mishandled packages:
ROMUSE will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.
