What is a preorder?

Preorders are items that have not been released yet. Items available for preorder appear with the option to "Preorder" rather than "Add to Cart"; Please note that your card will be charged fully when a preorder is placed. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

When will I receive my preorder purchase?

The estimated delivery window for each particular item will be located on the product description. Once you have purchased an item, this information will be reflected in your confirmation email. In certain circumstances, preorder dates are subject to change. Our Italian craftsmen work their hardest to get your bespoke items ready as quickly as possible. You will get notified of the progress every step of the way.

How can I cancel my preorder purchase?

You may cancel your preorder purchase any time while the item is active on site for a full refund back to the original method of payment. Please contact Customer Care at info@romuse.com.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return your Preorder within 14 days of receipt. Simply email info@romuse.com to request a return.

On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfill your Preorder item, we will let you know and issue you with a refund. If you have ordered other items, we will still send them to you.


How can I return my order?

We accept free returns and exchanges of unworn items returned in the original packaging/box, with tags attached, and free of damages and scents by the customer. The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of ROMUSE. Please see Return Policy link HERE

ROMUSE offers Free Shipping on all returns shipped in the U.S. Please note that international customers will have to pay for the shipping label on returns.

Full Price: Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

Markdowns: Products purchased at a discount (other than with a Promotion) or on markdown are eligible for return for site credit within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

Final Sale: Products purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or a refund.

How can I exchange my item?

ROMUSE does not offer a direct exchange at this time. If you are interested in securing an alternative size or color, simply place a new order and return the original unsuitable item. Please contact Customer Care for additional information HERE.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes cancelling your order, updating an address, updating the size of an item, and/or combining any shipments. However feel free to email Customer Care at Info@romuse.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your request.

The item I want is sold out! Is it coming back?

The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are timeless and limited edition and will or not be returning in the future. Please contact Customer Care at Info@romuse.com for more details about a particular item.
